Kiskunság

Kiskunság ( _en. Little Cumania "or" Lesser Cumania; 2,423 km²) is a historical and geographical region in Hungary situated in the current Bács-Kiskun county between Kalocsa and Szeged. Like other historical European regions called Cumania, it is named for the Cumans ( _hu. Kunok), a nomadic tribe of pagan Kipchaks that settled the area.
