After graduating from
St. Thomas University (New Brunswick) , Edan leaped right into the pro game.He played three seasons with the now-defunct
Macon Trax of the ACHL/WHA2/SPHL. When the Trax folded, Welch signed a contract with the expansionPee Dee Cyclones of theSPHL . He was the team's leading goalscorer in the 2005 to 2006 season. Welch has signed with the Fayetteville FireAntz for the 2007-08 season.Edan Welch's Regular Season Stats
