Modran Jalore District

Modran Jalore District

Modran is in Jalore District of Rajasthan. It is around 9 km to the south of Bakra and 15 km to the west of Bagra. The nearest town is Bara, 4 km to the south. Eighteen kilometers to the north-west is Saila.

Jalore Fort, Mosque of Saint Malik Shah and Shri Bhinmal Teerth are some of the major landmarks in the district.

Modran lies on the road which leads in the northern direction from Bhinmal. The Modran Railway Station, on the Raniwara-Samdhari rail route, is the nearest railway station, Jodhpur Airport serves Modran. [http://www.india9.com/i9show/-Rajasthan/Bara/Modran-82621.htm]
