Eurovision Song Contest Istanbul 2004 is the official compilation album of the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest. The album contains all 36 of the songs entered into the Contest, including the 12 that didn't get though the first high-profile Eurovision semi-final. This was the first year the new generic Eurovision Song Contest logo, with the heart taking the place of the 'V', hence why all the flags on the cover are in hearts.

Track listing

The order of the rack listing is in alphabetical order by country code. This is why the United Kingdom is on the first disc (GB), and why Serbia & Montenegro is track 8 on disc 1 (CS). The alpabetical list isn't prefect however, as Finland (FI) is behind France (FR) and why Malta (MT) is behind the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (MK). (FYR Macedonia's name on the album appears solely as 'Macedonia').
