Hugh Foley

Hugh Foley

Hugh Miller Foley (born March 3, 1944) is an American rower who competed in the 1964 Summer Olympics.

In 1964 he won the gold medal as member of the American boat in the eights competition.

He is a graduate of La Salle University.
