Tambopata–Candamo Reserved Zone

The Tambopata–Candamo Reserved Zone was created on January 26, 1990, to protect the adjacent forests to the rivers: Heath and Tambopata that have two important ecosystems.

Place:In Madre de Dios(Tambopata) 40% of the reservation .In Handle (Carabaya and Watermelon) 60% of the reservation.The entire area of is 4,000 km².
