WPEN-LP was a low-powered television station serving the Hampton Roads television market broadcasting on Channel 68, later moved to channel 47 as W47CE.

The station also had two repeaters:

* W51BH, Gloucester, Virginia
* W62CN, Norfolk, Virginia

Former Cable Channel Positions:

* 62, Hampton Roads, Virginia (Cox Cable)
* 25, Chesapeake, Virginia (TCI/Cox Cable)

Originally, WPEN carried General Entertainment TV Programming and later picked up MTV2 and, before that, The Box.

WPEN-LP and its Translators signed off in 2002 -- currently, their licenses have been deleted from the active FCC database, and no known channel or call letter has been reassigned to them.

It should be known that WPEN-LP is not related to the Philadelphia radio station, WPEN (AM).
