Burn Halo

James Stephen Hart (born August 26, 1979) was the lead singer and founding member of the rock band Eighteen Visions. He formed the band while he was still in high school, at the age of sixteen. The band split up On April 9, 2007 as confirmed by bassist Mick Morris on the band's MySpace page.

Career After Eighteen Visions

Since the break up, James Hart has been working with former Nixons frontman, Zac Maloy, on a new mainstream rock band called Burn Halo. Originally, Hart conceptualized it to be a solo project; however, during the development of the music and recording, the direction of Hart's idea changed, and Burn Halo was formed.

Around 11 songs have been written so far, according to Hart's blog. The only tracks that can be heard on the band's Myspace page are titled 'Dead End Roads And Lost Highways', 'Save Me', and 'Dirty Little Girl'. Former Eighteen Visions guitarist Keith Barney, as well as Avenged Sevenfold lead guitarist Synyster Gates look to have contributed to the project as well. Hart recently signed with Island Records. Other contributors to his new project include Nickelback drummer Daniel Adair, former Jane's Addiction bassist Chris Chaney and Neal Tiemann of The Midwest Kings.
