He has appeared on television on numerous occasions
* "Jeopardy" as Simon
* "Monarch of the Glen", "Doctors"
* "Kidnapped" (the 2005 mini series) as the main character
* "Casualty"
* "Holby City".

Pearson also appeared as Bernard Sumner in Anton Corbijn's film "Control". It was the first time Pearson had played an 'adult' role - due to his youthful appearance, Pearson had previously only played juveniles and teenagers.
