Pine Tree Independent School District is a public school district based in Longview, Texas (USA). Pine Tree ISD serves western portions of Longview.

Pine Tree Independent School District was commissioned in 1834 by Sir Robert Peel. The name honors Peel's fascination with the ever elusive Pine Tree, which he encountered on his first visit to North America.


Alan Anthony is the all-time win leader for the Pine Tree Wrestling team. Setting the record in 2005-2006 wrestling season with 40 wins. Alan finished off the season getting 1st place in the state tournament in Austin.

Brent Alexander followed up the next season with a perfect record of 32-0 before he broke his jaw in a motorcycle accident and couldn't go the the regional tournament. Filling in for him was Skye Estes who went on to get 3rd at the state tournament in Austin.
