Walter Avarelli

Walter Avarelli

Walter Avarelli (born 1912 in Rome, died 1987) was Italian bridge player, member of the famous Blue Team, with whom he won 12 Bermuda Bowls and 3 World Team Olympiads in the period of 1956-1972. He was the long-standing partner of Giorgio Belladonna. Together with Belladonna, he improved the Roman Club system.
