Cameron Ling, affectionately known as Fanta Pants (born 27 February 1981) is an Australian rules football player for the Geelong Football Club of the Australian Football League.

Renowned as the best taggers in the league, Ling is noted for his red hair and regularly makes appearances on television shows such as "The Footy Show" and "Before the Game" where he was nicknamed "Fanta Pants". Cameron has adopted additional nicknames such as 'Ginga', 'Red Fury', 'Rusty crutch','The Ginger Ninja','Spotfire' and 'Ronald McDonald' which have been inspired by his red hair. His charisma in the media has earned him his own show on Geelong station K-Rock 95.5FM. He hosts it each Wednesday night with friend and ex-Cats player 'Freshy' Tim Callan (now at the Western Bulldogs).

Throughout the 2007 season he has been praised for his work as a defensive midfielder, claiming the scalps of numerous opponents including Daniel Kerr, Peter Bell, Brent Harvey and Nick Dal Santo [cite web | author=Jake Niall | title=Cameron Ling, the revitalised redhead | date=4 June 2007 | url=] and was rewarded for his performances with selection in the All-Australian team on the interchange.

In what started as a joke, following the hype of the cats drought-breaking premiership, Cameron Ling was touted as the 'mayor of Geelong', a humorous reference to the way he is idolised by Geelong people.

On Wednesday 3 October though, Geelong's current mayor, councillor Bruce Harwood, agreed that he'd be happy to step down for Cameron. Ling's interest in politics and his intelligence is widely known, while it's been reported that he took a significant interest in local council and leadership during his days at Geelong's St Joseph's College.

During the Premiership celebratory parade through Geelong's streets on 3 October, Ling acknowledged his title as mayor however despite the contention it raised, was never formalised and thus more of a publicity stunt. It was an incident that may well foreshadow his pursuits after football.
