Hendrik ("Hendrie") Krüzen (born November 24, 1964 in Almelo, Overijssel) is a former football midfielder from The Netherlands, who earned five caps for the Netherlands national football team. He was a member of the Dutch team that won the European title at the 1988 European Football Championship in West Germany, although he didn't play under manager Rinus Michels.

Krüzen made his debut for Holland on December 16, 1987, in a friendly match against Greece (0-3). During his professional career he played for SC Heracles, FC Den Bosch, PSV Eindhoven, K.V. Kortrijk, FC Luik, SV Waregem, AZ Alkmaar, Go Ahead Eagles, and AGOVV Apeldoorn. Since the summer of 2002 he is working as an assistant-manager at his former club, Heracles Almelo.

Apart from working for Heracles, Kruzen is playing again for his hometown team La Premiere, the team where he started his career, where he still plays in the first team on a regular basis, these days together with his own son.
