Palayam (பாளையம்) is a beautiful and greenary (sicsic) village situated under Neyyoor town panchayat in Kanyakumari district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

Demographics

The good village is situated near Thingal Nagar, formally called as Monday Market on the way to karungal from Nagercoil. The literacy is higher when compared to other nearest villages. The St. James Church is situated here. The church feast will be celebrated for 10 days in the month of May. For primary education Arockiya Annai Middle school is located on the way to karungal managed by the RC diocese of Kottar.
