Pay-Pay is the oldest brand of cigarette rolling paper in the world. Pay-Pay rolling papers were originally traded by Spanish sailors for cotton and tobacco in North America; this is the earliest anyone has ever heard of a paper entering the North American market [ [1] . Pay-Pay brand papers have been available for over 300 years; their packs and styles have changed greatly over this time.

Pay-Pay is still produced in Alcoy, Spain using a centuries-old process, and contain only 100% natural ingredients, including a sugar based gum.

Until recently, only a few smoking connoisseurs were familiar with the Pay-Pay brand. However, a few years ago it began being re-promoted in North America and Spain as a high quality paper. The paper is made from pure hemp with sweet sugar glue.

They come in a multitude of sizes and shapes. The original green artwork is shown here, but it seems to have been replaced with a darker blue artwork recently.
