Creature Labs

Creature Labs (originally named Cyberlife Ltd.) was a company based in Cambridge, England which was set up to develop the artificial life technology created by Steve Grand. The most famous of its products was the Creatures series of artificial life simulations/games, although the company developed a range of standard computer games (including the foundation of BAMZOOKi), and for a while pursued research into applications of artificial life technologies.

Today, the company's assets are owned by Gameware Development, a company formed in part by previous employees of Creature Labs (then named Entraline after a previous reorganization) shortly after its liquidation in April 2003.
