Waardenburg (coord|51|50|N|5|15|E|type:city(1730)) is a town in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Neerijnen, and lies about 13 km west of Tiel.

In 2001, the town of Waardenburg had 1730 inhabitants.
