The track is basically a radio ad which states:

That’s paul’s boutique and they’re in brooklyn.."This was an ad on the radio station WNWK 105.9 during The Gil and Pat Bailey show, this radio station was on late at night and played Reggae and Dancehall music. All of the ads in between the music were done by the voices of Gil and Pat Bailey.
