Richard Stokes is a British television producer and executive producer. Stokes is currently working as the producer of the BBC's "Doctor Who" spin-off series "Torchwood", which debuted in October 2006 on BBC Three. He previously worked on "Holby City" as series producer (?-2005) and executive producer (2005-2006).
In 2003 he was interviewed for the post of producer on the then in pre-production revival of "Doctor Who", but ultimately lost out on the job to Phil Collinson.
