Bast (Marvel Comics)

Bast (Marvel Comics)

Bast is a fictional character appearing in the Marvel Comics universe, based loosely on the Bast of Egyptian mythology.

The cat-headed Bast and the lion-headed Sekhmet are the children of the gods Shu and Tefnut.

The Panther God of Wakanda is apparently an aspect of Bast.
