__NOTOC__"Air Hostess" is a song by the British power pop trio Busted. Composed by the band with Tom Fletcher of McFly, [ [http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:wnfyxqyaldje allmusic] ] it was released as the third single from their second album "A Present for Everyone" in June 2004 and reached number 2 on the UK Singles Chart. [ [http://www.chartstats.com/songinfo.php?id=108 Chart Stats] ] The song was inspired by flight attendants the band saw whilst on tour.

The track "Mummy Trade" did not appear on an album and was exclusive to this single. It was written by James Bourne and Charlie Simpson [ [http://www.bustedonline.org/busted/lyrics/mummytrade.html Busted Online] ] and occasionally played live, such as on "" in May 2004.

A humorous music video was made in which the band espy two female flight attendants and illegally board the aeroplane they are traveling on. The line "I messed my pants when we flew over France" was edited out when the video was shown during the daytime.

The single was also promoted by appearances on "Top of the Pops Saturday", "MOM", "Popworld", "", "Friday Night with Jonathan Ross", "TRL" and the short-lived "Simply the Best". [ [http://www.bustedonline.org/videos/videolist.html Busted Online] ]
