Gangsta Boo, also known as Lady Boo, was born on August 7, 1979. Born and raised from Memphis, Tennessee. She was a member of the Memphis, Tennessee-based rap group Three 6 Mafia.

She was the sole female member of the group, which she left after the release of the album "". She left them because lack of monetary and religious differences. Her first album was "Enquiring Minds" in 1998. Second album "Both Worlds *69" came after in 2001. Third album "Enquiring Minds Vol.2: Soap Opera in 2003. Now in 2008 her new album called "Forever Gangsta" will be coming out in 2009. She also has 2 mixtapes "Street Ringers",and "Still Gangsta".
