Harran, Norway

Harran is a former municipality in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway.

It was created by a split from Grong on 1 July 1923. At that time Harran had a population of 630.

On 1 January 1964 Harran was reunited with Grong. Prior to the merger Harran had a population of 1.085.
