28th Street is a station on the IRT Broadway–Seventh Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. Located at the intersection of 28th Street and Seventh Avenue in Manhattan, it is served by the NYCS|1 train (all times), and by the NYCS|2 train (late nights).

Vent chambers are present along with a closed newsstand on the northbound platform. There is no crossover or crossunder. The center exit is on 28th Street, while the south exit leads to 27th Street.
