The Army Cadet Fitness Test (ACFT) is a test taken by members of the RCAC (
It consists of four portions:
*a 20m shuttle run (Beep Test)
*push-ups
*sit-ups
*long jump
Formerly, Chin-Ups were part of the test, but they were taken out, and replaced.
