Peter Lee (ice hockey)

Peter Lee (born January 2, 1956 in Ellesmere, England) is a retired former professional ice hockey player who played 431 NHL games with the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Lee had a stellar junior career with the Ottawa 67's of the Ontario Hockey League, where he became one of the few junior players to record more than 400 career points in the CHL. He was awarded CHL Player of the Year in 1975–76. He put up respectable numbers in the NHL, but played his last NHL game in 1983. He moved to Germany and played in the German League for the rest of his career, ultimately retiring in 1997. Currently Peter Lee is the head coach for the very successful Berlin Eisbaren (ice bears) In the DEL bundasliga in Germany.
