The Tunisia Private University (ULT) is a university located in Tunis, Tunisia. It was founded in 1973 and is organized in 6 Faculties.

Profile

ULT is the first private university ever created in Tunisia. It is officially recognized by the Tunisian government (through the Ministry of Higher Education) according to the law n° 73 of 2000.

ULT is a young and dynamic university stemming from the E.E.A-INTAC group, the cornerstone of which is the school of Electronics and Automatics created in 1973 by M.Mohamed Boussaïri BOUEBDELLI. It was 1992 that the higher education studies were set up at ULT.

It is an accredited member of the Association of Arab Universities (AAU) and the International Association of Universities (IAU- UNESCO).

ULT also accredited by Islamic Educational scientific and cultural organisation (IESCO).The Université Libre de Tunis offers a wide range of innovative programs that provide a unique and challenging educational experience.

The University receives every year an increasing number of foreign students over 30 countries are studying at the ULT. 200 staff and faculty ensure that the student receives the support and services needed throughout their university years.
