The album features 8 tracks from every band, although Useless ID's cover of The Beatles' "Something" is absent on almost all of the releases of the CD. Additionally, the CD has another hidden track by The Ataris at track #96.

The album was recorded after Kris Roe of The Ataris has heard Useless ID and invited them to recorded a split album with The Ataris for the Kung Fu label. The split album also gained Useless ID a record contract with Kung Fu Records.
