CJLF-FM is a Christian music radio station broadcasting on 100.3 FM from Barrie, Ontario. It is better known as "Life 100.3". It was founded by Scott Jackson in August 1999, and is owned by Trust Communications.

On August 27 2006, CJLF-FM increased its power from 1.8 kW to 18.7 kW. This move was supported by many motorists who lost reception of the station while commuting to and from Toronto along Highway 400. As well, since there are no FM Christian stations in Toronto, it also serves the northern part of the Greater Toronto Area. The power was further increased to 40 kW in January 2007.

Transmitters

CJLF-FM has three transmitters that rebroadcast its signal:

Expansion

Trust Communications applied for a transmitter to serve the Inuit residents of Iqaluit with the first Christian station in the territory (which would rebroadcast CJLF-FM); however, this application was rejected [http://www.crtc.gc.ca/archive/ENG/Decisions/2006/db2006-548.htm] . Trust also applied twice for a new station in Kitchener-Waterloo with its own schedule and studios, but these applications were rejected in favour of CJTW [http://www.crtc.gc.ca/archive/ENG/Decisions/2003/db2003-153.htm] [http://www.crtc.gc.ca/archive/ENG/Decisions/2004/db2004-67.htm] .
