"High Stakes Gambling" is a Game Boy game that takes place during the 1930s. A brave gambler must turn the Mafia from filthy rich to dirt poor in a series of gambling games in order to arrest them. Games includes blackjack, poker, and slot machines. For a price, players can also cheat, hopefully making a profit. When running low on cash, the gangsters panic and start cheating in the desperate attempt to regain their cash.
