The Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School is located at the Général-Jean-Victor-Allard Building in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

CFLRS is a leadership training school for both primary reservists and the regular forces.Courses include BMQ-Basic Military Qualification, IAP-Initial Assessment Period, and BOTP-Basic Officer Training Period. The courses can be physically and psychologically demanding, and recruits undergo tremendous phsycial and mental stress during the training.

The school's credo is duty, loyalty, integrity, and courage.
