1970s band

The first band named “Copperhead” flourished in the 1970s. It was part of the San Francisco psychedelic sound, and it featured John Cipollina.

A second band named “Copperhead” formed in the 1990s. It is a Southern rock band.

A third band named “Copperhead” is a Southern Rock/Country/Rock band based in Amarillo, Texas named for Steve Earle's “Copperhead Road”.

Ohio Metal Band

In the summer of 1999 in Cleveland Ohio, emerged a young thrash metal band Copperhead. Founding members were Sean Mullet (Drums), Jeremy Tabor (Bass), Nick Papadimilous (Guitar). They Later became known as Decontained, and disbanded in 2004.
