Rawil Gaynetdin (born Ravil Ismagilovich Gaynutdinov, _ru. Рави́ль Исмаги́лович Гайнутди́нов; _tt. Равил Гайнетдин, Равил Исмәгыйл улы Гайнетдинев|Rawil Ğaynetdin, Rawil İsmäğil ulı Ğäynetdinev ); born on August 25, 1959 in the village of Shali of Pestrechinsky District of the Tatar ASSR, Soviet Union) has served as the Grand Mufti of Russia since July 1, 1996.
