"Let's Get Invisible!" is the 6th book in R.L. Stine's Goosebumps series.

Plot

When the kids find a mirror in the attic connected to a light switch, curiosity gets the better of them, and they flick the switch, causing one of them to disappear. They then make a game called "Now You See Me, Now You Don't" and whoever stays invisible the longest wins, however Max's friend Zack is very competitive and won't stop trying to beat the "world record" of staying invisible the longest. Then Max notices his brother, Lefty is different after he turned invisible. After, Max's friends Erin and April want to try it out as well. Each child experiments, spending longer and longer being invisible, until the chain that operates the light breaks, trapping the main character in a mirror world, where he finds out that when they turn invisible their doubles (who are inverted, hence they are their evil twin) try to reappear in the real world instead. Lefty then throws his ball at the mirror (thinking the reflection was really Max) and breaks it sucking the inversions into the mirror. Later the same day, the main character (Max) is playing ball with his younger sibling (Lefty), and notices that he uses the opposite arm, his right arm to throw the ball.

Trivia

*This is the longest Goosebumps book out of the 62 in the original series.
*The mirror in this book is some-what featured in Goosebumps Horrorland, book #3, Monster Blood For Breakfast.
*The last book in the "Goosebumps 2000" series ("Ghosts in the Mirror") has a similar plot in which a kid gets a mirror that sucks in whoever looks into it and replaces them with their reflections who turn out to be evil.
