Ade Mafe

Ade Mafe

Ade Mafe (born November 12, 1966 in Isleworth) is a retired English sprinter. He is currently a fitness coach at MK Dons and formerly Millwall F.C. and Chelsea F.C.

Along with Linford Christie, Darren Braithwaite and John Regis, Mafe holds the world record over the rarely contested 4x200 metres relay with 1:22.11 minutes.

1990 Mafe trained at Perivale athletics track with London Irish coach Ken Seddington and up and coming athlete Wayne BlackwoodFact|date=June 2008.

On July 2, 2008, Roberto Di Matteo was appointed as Milton Keynes Dons new manager after Paul Ince left to become Blackburn boss. Ade was appointed fitness coach at MK Dons in process to work along side him and new assistant Eddie Newton.
