English's goofy, often spontaneous comedy is heavily influenced by comedian David Letterman. He is most known currently for being the host of the nationally syndicated morning television show, The Daily Buzz, and is the last remaining original anchor on the program, having been on the show since its launch in September 2002. English has also filled in for Dave Price on WCBS-TV in New York City. He is also known for his wide variety of impersonations and voice characterizations, mostly comical.
Mitch began his broadcasting career at radio stations WWJB, WDJR, WESP in the early 1990s and moved into television soon after. His television career began at WTVY-TV in Dothan, Alabama. He was later hired at KUWB-TV in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is married and is a father of four children.[1] English is a stand-up comedian and travels with his The Daily Buzz Co-Host, Andy Campbell, around the country on the The Big and Tall Comedy Tour.
