Prudnik [IPA-pl|'|p|r|u|d|n|i|k] ( _de. Neustadt in Oberschlesien) is a town in Poland, located in the southern part of Opole Voivodeship. Its population numbers 26,400 inhabitants (2005). It is the capital of Prudnik County.
