Heath L'Estrange (born 21 May, 1985 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) is an Australian professional rugby league player who currently plays for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in the National Rugby League competition as a hooker.

L'Estrange signed for the club in late 2007 for three years after previously playing for the Sydney Roosters. He made his first grade debut on 9 April 2004 against the Brisbane Broncos during round 5 at Aussie Stadium.
