Sheree Thomas

"Sheree Thomas" also credited as "Sheree R. Thomas" and "Sheree Renée Thomas" is a writer, book editor and publisher whose groundbreaking Dark Matter collected the works of some of the best African American Science Fiction, Horror and Fantasy writers working at the time. Authors such as Samuel R. Delany, Octavia E. Butler, Charles R. Saunders, Steven Barnes, Tananarive Due, Jewelle Gomez, Ishmael Reed, Kalamu ya Salaam, Robert Fleming, and Nalo Hopkinson. Venerable writers like George S. Schuyler and W.E.B. Dubois also had stories included in the collection.
