The Swahili Sparrow ("Passer suahelicus") was until recently treated as a race of Grey-headed Sparrow ("Passer griseus"). It lives in the savanna of southern Kenya and Tanzania. It hybridizes with the Grey-headed Sparrow in southern Tanzania and possibly elsewhere.
