Andrew Houston Longino (May 16, 1854–February 24, 1942) was a Mississippi politician who served as a Democrat in the State Senate (1880-1884), the U.S. District Attorney's (1888-1890), and Governor's offices (1900-1904).

Longino was born in Lawrence County, Mississippi. He attained education at Mississippi College, where he graduated in 1875, and at the University of Virginia, where he earned a law degree in 1880.

During his term as Governor, Longino began a campaign to attract new industry to the state and supervised the design and building of a new state capitol still in use today. Also of note, the Mississippi Department of Archives and History was created and a new penitentiary at Parchman Farm was constructed during his administration. It was Governor Longino who invited president Theodore Roosevelt to a bear hunt in the Mississippi Delta, which became later famous for coining the term teddy bear.
