The Cream Wave (Scopula floslactata) is a grayish white moth with a wingspan of about 3 centimeters. Its wings are fringed and the males have small, feathered antennae.

The Cream Wave is found in forest and woodland regions, feeding on grasses and small plants such as dandelion. It is a very common species in western Europe.

It has one generation per year, with adults taking flight from late May through early July.
