nihongo|Ena|恵那市|Ena-shi is a city located in the Tōnō region of Gifu Prefecture, Japan. As of March 31, 2007, the city has an estimated population of 56,428 and a density of 109 persons per km². The total area is 504.19 km².

The city was originally founded on April 1, 1954, but it was enlarged on October 25, 2004, when four towns and a village from the former Ena District merged into the city. The municipalities participating in this merger were: Akechi, Iwamura, Kamiyahagi, Kushihara, and Yamaoka.
