Carlos Fernando Borja Bolívar (born December 25, 1960 in Cochabamba) is a retired football midfielder who was capped 88 times and scored one international goal for the Bolivia national team between 1979 and 1995, including three matches at the 1994 FIFA World Cup. At club level Borja was a one club man playing his entire club career for Bolívar, where he won eleven Bolivian league titles.
