footnotes = Linden is a village in central Alberta, located 28 km southwest of Three Hills and 26 km north of Beiseker. It is a member of the Wild Rose Economic Development Corporation. Its population is made up of 50% Mennonites.

It is located about 100 km northeast of Calgary. Amenities include a bottle depot, car and truck wash, seniors lodge, Country Cousins restaurant (noted for its home-cooking), a pizza place, a Chinese restaurant (Hong Kong Restaurant) and a three unit motel. There is also a grocery store, Alberta Treasury Branch bank, computer reseller, and a cybercafe. The Feed-Rite Division of Ridley Inc. operates a full-line feed production plant in Linden serving livestock and poultry producers in the area.

Demographics

In 2006, Linden had a population of 660 living in 324 dwellings, a 3.8% increase from 2001.
