Avalon Park, Florida

Avalon Park is a neighborhood community located in unincorporated Orange County, Florida, United States. It is a community built on the principle of New Urbanism, also known as Neo-Traditionalism.

Avalon Park is developed on 1,860 acres of land in Southeast Orange County, east of Alafaya Trail and south of State Road 50. The community is organized in a series of villages, with a Town Center at its core. It is a take on the popular New Urbanism movement, and is the second such community in the Orlando metro area alongside Celebration, Florida. The community is planned to have over 3,400 homesites, which include condominiums, apartments, town homes, and traditional homes. Avalon Park is home to two elementary schools, a middle school, and high school.
