Beetham Tower, Liverpool is a residential apartment building in the English city of Liverpool. It was the tallest building in Merseyside until the West Tower was completed in late 2007.

It is named after the developers, Beetham Organization, was built by Carillion [ [http://www.ispe.org/galleries/uk-files/Challenges%20of%20the%20Beetham%20Tower%20Project%20(Manchester%20Hilton).pdf Carillion presentation on high rise buildings] ] and was completed in early 2004. It is 90 metres (295 ft) tall and has 29 floors. It lies alongside the River Mersey and the upper floors offer views of the Welsh mountains.
