Bayraktar Mini UAV

The Bayraktar("the standard bearer") Mini UAV is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) produced by Turkey's [http://www.baykarmakina.com Baykar Machine Inc.] . The mini UAV system is designed for aerial reconnaissance and surveillance activities to service Turkish Military and currently operational on the field.

Overview

Initially Bayraktar A system was developed and the system went into serious modifications and in 2006 Bayraktar B has been developed. New system is a complete smart robotic system solution for short range reconnaisance and surveillance applications. Bayraktar B systems are operational on the field and have recorded more then 3000 flight hours. System has specific features which enables it to be operated under harsh geographic and meteorological conditions.
