The station carries the programming of ESPN Radio. It is one of seven radio stations in the Youngstown market owned by Cumulus Broadcasting with studios in "The Radio Center" in Youngstown.

WBBW carries games of the Mahoning Valley Thunder, Pittsburgh Pirates and Youngstown Steelhounds, and the Jeff Martindale "Afternoon Clouds". Also the Jeff Martindale "Eddies".
