Attractions

Enchanted Forest Water Safari is New York's largest water theme park . It has 50 rides and attractions, including 32 water slides, as well as shops, restaurants, photographers, and a circus show.[3]

The town is also home to Adirondack Woodcraft Camp, located off Rondaxe Road. It was founded in 1925 as an outdoor camp for boys by Chief William Abbott. The now coeducational camp still welcomes children each summer and is one of the oldest summer camps remaining in the nation. Owned by the Leach family, it continues to be a summer camping experience.[4]

Th Old Forge Airport is a small grass field airport that is just one mile north of the actual town. There are two runways. The airport is unattended and is privately owned.
